Back in 2009, we imagined the kind of place we wished existed – relaxed but a little bit special, European in feel, full of great wine, warm service, and zero judgement. In 2014, in the heart of Manchester – our home town, Salut became that place.
Today, we’re a team of 16, still independent and locally owned, with one purpose: sharing wine and good times.
Our values – kindness, respect, integrity, and inclusivity – guide everything we do, for each other, our guests, our suppliers, our community, and the planet.
Because Salut has never been just about wine. Our very name is a toast to friendship, and that spirit shapes everything we do – creating a home from home where people come together, connect, and feel genuinely welcome.
