Refunds at a Glance
- Physical Gift Cards: You can cancel within 14 days of receiving them — as long as they haven’t been used.
- Digital / E-Gift Cards: Once delivered, these can’t be refunded.
- Part-used, lost, stolen or damaged cards: No refund or replacement.
- Faulty or mis-delivered cards: We’ll replace or refund straight away.
- How to get a refund (physical card only): Email us within the 14-day window — we’ll guide you from there. Full Refund Policy — Gift Cards (UK) 1. Scope This policy applies to all gift cards (physical or digital) sold online by Salut Wines. 2. Your Right to Cancel (Physical Gift Cards)
- Under UK consumer legislation for distance sales, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving a physical gift card, provided it has not been used.
- To cancel, please notify us at hello@salut.co.uk within the 14-day period.
- Once we confirm the card has not been used or redeemed in any way, we will refund the purchase price (including standard postage costs) within 14 days, back to your original payment method. 3. When Refunds Aren’t Possible Refunds or replacements are not available where:

4. Faulty or Incorrect Cards
If a card arrives faulty, with the wrong value, or fails to activate correctly, contact us straight away and we will:
- Replace the card, or
- Refund the full amount (including postage, if applicable) — whatever is most appropriate. 5. How to Request a Refund

- We’ll verify that the card is unused.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days via your original payment method.
6. Other Useful Info
- Gift cards are for in-store use only (not redeemable online).
- Gift cards have no expiry date — use them whenever you like.
- Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. 7. Updates We may update this policy occasionally. The version that applies is the one in place at the time of purchase.
