Events must be booked at least 7 days in advance and paid for before the day of your booking.
Zero tolerance for any abusive or antisocial behaviour.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before.
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Guests under 18 must leave before 5pm and cannot drink alcohol.
We may refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Can I pay after the event?
Sorry – we take full payment one week before, just to keep everything running smoothly.
What if our numbers change?
Just let us know 48 hours before the event. After that, we stick to the confirmed number.
How do I pay the deposit?
Over the phone, in person, online or via invoice – whatever works best for you.
Can we decorate the room?
Absolutely! Feel free to personalise the space, just no confetti, glitter or candles.
Is it cheaper if fewer people come?
We can host under 10 guests, but a £500 minimum applies to keep the experience just right.
