On Friday 24th November we’re turning our tasting room and mezzanine into a very special Champagne & oyster bar, and we’ll be serving these rarely seen by the glass prestige cuvées.

To top it off, the fabulous team from The Black Pearl Oyster Company are pitching up with a specially paired flight of 3 styles of freshly shucked oysters to match the Champagnes. Founders Tom and Finbarr Bennett first tasted Oysters on a family holiday in France as children, and it is this magical first experience that the Black Pearl Oyster Company hopes to recreate for its clients and guests. “British oysters are amongst the very best in the world and it’s a travesty that most of them are exported overseas. We want to change that and help to re-introduce the Great British oyster to the British public… and we will serve you up a selection of the best British Oysters our waters have to offer, through our network of sustainable suppliers, shucked and served to guests to create a new culinary experience”.
£30 gets you a glass of any one of the Champagnes or a flight of all 3 (50ml of each), chuck in the flight of oysters for £10 and that’s quite a night!
